Dr. Jennifer Farmer is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Principal Consultant of Renewed Mindset, LLC, whose mission is to assist organizations in achieving diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging (DEIB), team and organizational goals through consultation, analysis, training, and collaboration.
Jennifer is a seasoned professional with years of business experience in Fortune 500 companies, serving in various roles at Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS), Pfizer, Inc., Northrop Grumman, and Thermo Fisher Scientific.
Jennifer has cutting-edge expertise in resolving complex workplace issues related to organizational culture, talent management and development, employee retention, and performance management. As a strategist, systems thinker, and change leader, she focuses on aligning diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to business objectives.
As a scholarly practitioner, Dr. Farmer’s key research interests include diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging, leadership, change management, organizational culture, and organizational trauma. She is a guest lecturer at the University of Louisville.
Jennifer, a Quincy, Florida native, is a graduate of James A. Shanks High School. She has an MBA from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) and a Doctor of Education in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University (GWU).
Jennifer serves on the Board of Directors of Boston Cares, the largest volunteer agency in New England. She is an active member of the FAMU Alumni Association (Boston Chapter) and the Greater Boston Section of the National Council of Negro Women.
Jennifer loves spending time with family, friends and her Yorkie, Maxwell. She also enjoys the arts and exploring the world as an avid traveler.
